IGT Limited presents the CDN Fertigation System, which is set to become the new standard in greenhouse irrigation because of its
enhanced reliability and versatility. The CDN system is the culmination of many years of technical development at IGT, and has now been on the market since 2003.
This line of Fertilizer Mixers offers unsurpassed flexibility for Greenhouse Growers and Field Crop applications alike. Due to this maximum flexibility the IGT CDN can be scaled equally to inline injection systems or bypass systems.
For every Greenhouse or Field application there is an IGT CDN Model.

Included are high-power pump(s) to send the irrigation water throughout the greenhouse complex. IGT can customize these pumps depending on the required flow rate -- as little as 10 USgal/min for small installations, or up to 1000 gal/min or more.
Each chemical is pumped by an individual Magnetic Drive pump for extremely high reliability in day-to-day operation. Each Fertilizer Head has a High quality 3-way dosage valve and flow counter.
CDN is easily integrated into the existing greenhouse infrastructure by IGT technicians.

Features of controller:
- Up to 8 Stock Solutions (including Acid) mixed.
- Controls up to 320 irrigation valves.
- 10 Groups of irrigation valves (Separate Recipes), 32 Valves (Subgroups) per Group
- Dosing can be programmed individually for each stock solution, and there is flexibility between any combination of EC or Proportional dosing, and Absolute or Relative dosing.
- EC and pH sensors standard. Optional check (safety) sensors, and EC sensors for Fresh Water -blending with return irrigation water.
- Irrigation water blending control.
- Start methods: The CDN-2 can be controlled by each and any combination of the following start methods:
- Fixed time of day
- Fixed intervals (with start and stop time)
- Solar radiation
- External starts (Start tray, Tensiometer, etc.)
- Drainage Control (with drain counter installed)
- Special sensor (Analog input with Weight scale)
- Day Variation Time/Flow (4 separate periods within the irrigation day)
- Complete programming of Backwash control of filters with interval control
- Simplified control of Stock Solution Agitators (electric paddles or compressed air)
- Text-based programming for simple and intuitive mixer control
